# Share your chatbot

You can share your chatbot on your company's chat interfaces.

# Bot Web

The simplest option to make your chatbot accessible to your users is the web bot.

You will then have access to a URL like https://chat.vizir.co/name-your-chatbot

This page will be public and anyone who has the link can use your chatbot.

You can customize the design of your chatbot to make it look like your company (logo, colors, ...)

Security

If your chatbot is integrated with your internal business applications via API, anyone who has access to the chatbot will be able to use this API integration.

To overcome this security concern, you have several options

  • Disable the sharing of your chatbot in web mode. Your chatbot will no longer be accessible via URL, you will have to make it accessible on a third party platform (Teams, Slack, ...) Share Chatbot vizir via web page

  • Add a login to your chatbot. You can secure access to your chatbot so that only users from your company can use the chatbot. See login

# Web Widget

Another very simple sharing option to set up is the Vizir widget.

Your chatbot will then be directly accessible on your website.

The Vizir widget can be inserted on any type of website, just paste the code retrieved from the dashboard and insert it between the <head> and </head> tags of your site.

The widget design is also customizable from the tab Design of the Vizir dashboard.

# Facebook Messenger

You can decide to share your chatbot directly on Facebook Messenger.

This is interesting for a B2C chatbot, or when your target is present on Facebook.

Since few of our customers use this option (our customers are more present on Teams or Slack), to make your chatbot accessible directly in Messenger you can send us an email at it@vizir.co

# Teams

Microsoft Teams is increasingly used in companies to communicate internally. Installing your chatbot on Teams will allow you to:

  • increase usage
  • improve the experience of your users
  • have additional features (notifications for example)

You can find all the information you need to deploy your chatbot on Microsoft Teams directly on our website.

# SMS

If you want your chatbot to be accessible via SMS, it is possible. Contact the Vizir team directly (it@vizir.co) for more information.

# Email

We are currently thinking about offering a chatbot directly accessible in your emails (Gmail and Outlook)

Your chatbot will then be able to read some (or all) of your emails, extract the important elements (entities) and answer directly (or simply create the draft if you want a human validation).

You will be able to

  • answer by email to your customers requests about the delivery date
  • answer by email to your internal requests for team creation on Teams
  • ...

If you are interested in these use cases, tell us more about your use case so we can integrate it in our Roadmap.

# Iframe

If you want to install your chatbot on a page hosted by you, so with a custom URL like chatbot.mycompany.com, then you have to create a web page with an iframe of your chatbot in full page.

As it's not easy, and we've been working hard to achieve a perfect result, we offer you the perfectly responsive iframe code!
